Press Release on visa exemption for a period of 1 year for citizens of the People’s Republic of China visiting the Republic of Azerbaijan

Azərbaycan Respublikasına səfər edəcək Çin Xalq Respublikasının vətəndaşları üçün viza tələbinin 1 il müddətinə ləğv olunmasına dair mətbuat məlumatı

“Azərbaycan Respublikası ilə Çin Xalq Respublikası arasında strateji tərəfdaşlığın qurulması haqqında Birgə Bəyannamə”yə uyğun olaraq, 20 iyul 2024-cü il tarixindən 20 iyul 2025-ci il tarixinədək, 1 il müddətinə Azərbaycan Respublikasına səfər etmək istəyən Çin Xalq Respublikasının etibarlı ümumvətəndaş pasportuna malik vətəndaşları üçün viza tələbi ləğv olunur.    

Həmin müddət (1 il) çərçivəsində Çin Xalq Respublikası vətəndaşları Azərbaycan Respublikasına 3 (üç) dəfə vizasız səfər etməklə, hər girişdə 30 günədək qala bilərlər.

Qeyd edilən qərar iki ölkə arasında turizmin inkişafı, eləcə də iqtisadi, humanitar və mədəni əlaqələrin daha da genişləndirilməsinə əhəmiyyətli töhfə verəcəkdir.

Press Release on visa exemption for a period of 1 year for citizens of the People’s Republic of China visiting the Republic of Azerbaijan

In accordance with the “Joint Declaration of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the People’s Republic of China on the establishment of a strategic partnership,” from 20 July 2024 to 20 July 2025, for a period of 1 year, the citizens of the People’s Republic of China with a valid ordinary passport who wish to visit the Republic of Azerbaijan are exempted from the visa requirement.

Within that period (1 year), citizens of the People’s Republic of China can visit the Republic of Azerbaijan 3 (three) times without a visa and stay up to 30 days each time.

The mentioned decision will significantly contribute to the development of tourism between the two countries, as well as further expansion of economic, humanitarian, and cultural relations.
