Chinese Prosecutor General notes necessity of enhancing cooperation with Azerbaijani law-enforcement authorities

Chinese Prosecutor General Cao Jianming has stressed the necessity of widening relations with Azerbaijani prosecution and law-enforcement authorities as he met with Azerbaijan`s deputy Prosecutor General, Director of the Anticorruption Directorate under the Prosecutor General Kamran Aliyev on the sideline of the 22nd Conference of the International Association of Prosecutors in Beijing.

He hailed the development of relations between the two countries in all fields, particularly between law-enforcement authorities. Jianming also recalled his meeting with President Ilham Aliyev in Azerbaijan in 2013.

Aliyev highlighted the Azerbaijani government`s legal and institutional measures to fight corruption.
