President of the Republic of Azerbaijan expressed his condolences to the President of the People's Republic of China

On July 23, 2021 the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, His Excellency Mr. Ilham Aliyev, sent a letter of condolences to the President of the People's Republic of China, His Excellency Mr. Xi Jinping, in connection with the human victims as a result of a severe flood in Henan Province.

The letter says:

"Dear Mr. Chairman,

I was deeply saddened by the news of numerous casualties and destruction as a result of the severe floods in Henan Province.

On my own behalf and on behalf of the people of Azerbaijan, I extend my deepest condolences to you, the families and relatives of the victims, and the friendly people of China in connection with this tragedy, I wish the wounded recovery and the speedy elimination of the consequences of the natural disaster."
